Vertical-tuned for wedding planners and event designers

You're three hours into a venue walkthrough. The inquiry form just pinged again.

Wedding inquiries arrive in spikes — engagement season, a viral Instagram post, a magazine feature — and every couple who can't get a callback within a day moves on to the next planner. Your AI receptionist answers every call, qualifies the inquiry on date, guest count, budget tier, and venue status, and books the discovery call against your real consultation calendar.

Built to know how a wedding planner runs

It knows that the questions every couple asks first — “are you available on our date,” “what's your starting price,” “do you do full planning or just day-of” — can be answered honestly without a discovery call, and that the right qualifying questions back (date, guest count, venue status, budget tier) save you both an hour you don't have.

It captures the inquiry intake the way a senior planner does it: how the couple found you, their date and flexibility, guest count range, venue locked or not, service level desired (full planning, partial, month-of, design-only), and budget tier. It does not give a custom proposal over the phone — it books the discovery call, which is where you actually win the contract.

You control your portal: your service tiers and starting prices, your service area, your booked dates, your discovery-call calendar, your minimum guest count if any, your vendor-call screening rules. The AI fills in the defaults a typical wedding-planning business runs, you adjust, and it goes live.

What it handles on every call

What you hear back

Your business number stays the same

You don't change phone numbers or update the line on your website, your Instagram bio link, your venue-partner referral lists, or every magazine and blog feature that's ever printed your number. Your existing line forwards to the AI when you're at a walkthrough or after hours — venues and past clients dial the same number they always have.

FAQ

1. Can it actually answer the “are you available on our date” question?

Yes. If you keep your booked-date calendar current in your portal, the AI confirms availability honestly — available, booked, or tentatively held — without forcing the couple through a discovery-call hoop for a yes/no question. Couples appreciate the directness and you don't waste a slot.

2. Will it quote a custom proposal over the phone?

No. It quotes your published starting prices honestly (“full planning starts at $X for weddings up to Y guests”) and books the discovery call for anything custom. Real proposals depend on guest count, venue, and design scope — that's a planning conversation, not a phone quote.

3. How does it handle vendor calls vs couple inquiries?

It asks early in the call who's calling and routes vendors (florists, photographers, rentals) to a separate intake or a low-priority callback queue, while couples go straight to discovery-call booking. Configure the vendor-screening rule in your portal.

4. What about a current-client call mid-planning?

Routes to you directly with the wedding date and a one-line summary of what they asked — so you're not searching three Slack channels for which couple this is. Booked-couple calls always go to you, never to the discovery-call queue.

5. Can it handle inquiries outside my service area?

It flags them. If a destination-wedding inquiry comes in for a region you don't serve, you can configure it to either decline politely and offer a referral, or capture and forward to you to decide — your call.

6. Can I change what it says or which qualifiers it asks?

Yes. Your service tiers, your starting prices, your service area, your booked-date calendar, your qualifier questions — all edited from your portal. Changes go live without a rebuild.
