1. About this program
BookedSmarter operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of small businesses that use the BookedSmarter AI receptionist service. The program is registered as an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC campaign with U.S. carriers via our messaging provider, Twilio.

2. Consent to receive messages
You consent to receive SMS messages from a BookedSmarter Customer when you:
- Book an appointment by phone with a business that uses BookedSmarter,
- Book an appointment on a BookedSmarter-hosted online booking page,
- Provide your phone number on a Customer's intake or contact form, or
- Otherwise affirmatively opt in (for example, by texting
YESorSTART).
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Your information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. What you'll receive
- Appointment confirmations — sent when an appointment is booked.
- Appointment reminders — typically 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment.
- Rescheduling or cancellation notices when initiated by the business or by you.
- Follow-up messages related to your appointment (for example, post-visit care instructions).
This program does not include marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in to such messages from a specific business.
4. Opt-out, help, and supported keywords
You can manage your SMS subscription at any time using the following standard keywords. These keywords are not case-sensitive.

If you reply STOP, the sending business will no longer send you SMS through BookedSmarter. If you book a new appointment with that business later, you may receive new messages unless you re-confirm your STOP.
5. Carriers and disclaimer
Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other Tier-1 and MVNO carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
6. Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors (such as Twilio, our messaging provider) is solely to deliver messages and operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Changes to this program
We may modify or terminate this SMS program at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these SMS Terms; the latest version will always be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
